Pricing of weekly classes

Swing Team membership fee for the 2008 spring season is 12 euros, all the members pay this fee whether they take weekly classes or not.

The training fee allows one to attend the weekly classes or to use the training halls for free practice. Training fee for adults (over 16 years) is 45 euros per season (spring or fall). For juniors the fee is 25 euros. It is possible to pay the whole years training fee at the same time and get a discount. If the whole year is paid at once the fee is 82 euros for adults and 45 euros for juniors.

For the spring season, the membership and training fee are:
For adults 57 euros (12 e membership and 45 training fee)
For children and juniors (16 years or under) 37 euros (12 e membership and 25 training fee)

When paying these fees you may use your membership number as a reference number in the reference bank giro, if you already have a membership number. If you don’t, please state who is paying and for what.

In addition to the normal Swing Team membership and training fees for spring 2008 there are the additional fees for groups taught by Dax and Alice. These payments are to be made separately from the membership and training fee payment. The pricing is according to the number of weekly classes desired.

For adults:

Dax’s Track	Full Pass (14 weeks) + 50 euros

Full Pass gives the right to attend all groups taught by Dax and Alice, except for the group Dax’s Track. For this group there is also an additional fee of 50 euros.

For juniors (16 years or under):

	14 weeks
1 weekly group	25 euros
2 weekly groups	40 euros

All payments are due on Feb 1st, and you should have your receipt of this payment with you by the second week of classes!

Groups taught by Dax and Alice, additional information about the payments:

- You can take one or two or just as many classes you want to, just see the class descriptions and choose your favourites. The Full Pass gives the right to attend as many groups as you want, except for Dax’s Track, which requires the Full Pass and an additional fee of 50 euros.

- Dax and Alice will teach the scheduled groups minimum 12 times

- You can pay for the whole season at the same time, or for half a season (7 weeks). Some of the groups last only 7 weeks and change at the midpoint of the season. If only half of the season is paid, the period is according to the calendar either the first 7 weeks, or the latter 7 weeks.

- Everyone who wishes to attend any of the classes by Dax and Alice will also pay the normal training fees and membership fees of Swing Team.

- The receipt for the payment has to be presented by the second class at the latest. The receipt should state (at the additional info or lisätiedot) your name, membership number (if possible) and which groups you wish to attend. By showing the receipt you will get a punch card for the group you have chosen.

- If payment is made in two parts, or only for the latter 7 week period, the due date for the second part is April 4th. Also the receipt from this payment has to be shown on the group by the due date.

- The punch card for the group you have chosen is shown every time in the weekly class. There is an "agent" in the group responsible for collecting the names of the participants and punching the cards.

You wish to attend the Blues class for 7 weeks, fees to be paid:

You wish to attend three D&A groups for 14 weeks, fees to be paid:

In the place for additional information (lisätieto in finnish), you must state your name, your membership number (if you have one) and the number/s of the Dax&Alice group/s you wish to enroll for.

Force majeure
Swing Team reserves the right to replace Dax and/or Alice by Finnish or cancel groups if Dax and/or Alice are unable to give the classes due to illness, other force majeure reason, or personal reasons. If Dax/Alice are absent for 3 classes or more (out of 7), Swing Team will refund part of the Dax/Alice extra fee. Other fees will not be refunded.
